The installation, operation, service, fault finding, repair and maintenance of plant equipment such as 12/24 V electrical systems, tanks, sewage systems and equipment fit out. Assisting the Engineer to perform daily engine and machinery check on assigned vessels   About You: Possess a good mechanical aptitude Have an eye for detail and take pride in workmanship Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines Excellent communication skills and computer literacy Ability to work as part of a team with a degree of autonomy Physically fit, self-disciplined, reliable, resilient and motivated Exposure to basic oxy acetylene gas, MIG/TIG welding would be advantageous.
