We have a fantastic opportunity for you to kick-start your career and complete a part-time Certificate III in Individual Support traineeship within the Bundaberg region. Applicants needed for immediate start. During the Individual Support Traineeship, you will be working part time 15+ hours a week while studying a Certificate III in Individual Support. (Important – if you have completed a Certificate III or higher since leaving school you may not be eligible for this traineeship) Disability Support Workers assist people with a disability with activities related to the maintenance of the individual's personal care and other activities of daily living. Workers will general work under direct or regular supervision within clearly defined organisational guidelines and service plans. Workers completing this traineeship will be eligible for employment in support roles in a variety of settings across the disability support sector. Applicants will ideally meet the following criteria: Car license, own reliable vehicle with full comprehensive insurance Blue card for working with children NDIS Worker Screening (or ability to acquire) Minimum of three (3) references with one being most recent employer Compassion & resilience Ability to empower people Current first aid & CPR certificates Flexibility & ability to work outside normal business hours and weekends Must be physically fit   About You In addition to being enthusiastic, committed, and reliable, you will have a strong passion for this industry and ideally will enjoy a positive, fun and vibrant workplace. During the Screen Printing Apprenticeship, you will be working full time 38 hours per week while studying a Certificate III in Printing. About the trade: Screen Printers prepare stencils, and set up and operate power-driven or hand-operated screen print equipment. Daily duties include, but not limited to: Embellish printed products automatically and manually Operate photographic and electronic reproduction devices Prepare stencils using computer and hand cut methods Select, mix and match coloured inks and load them into screen printing press Load printed items into drying racks, and unload and stack dry items.
