Partnering with Superior Pak, we provide comprehensive on-the-job training, ensuring you gain the skills and knowledge needed to excel whilst you earn your Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication. This position offers: Above award rates under Superior Pak's EBA 38 hour working week, Monday to Thursday - enjoy a long weekend every weekend! Optional overtime on Fridays Duties may include but not limited to: Preparing surfaces to be coated by using various methods (by hand or machine), including but not limited to abrasive blasting, high pressure water washing or power wire brushing, to remove grease, dirt and rust. Industrial Spray Painting techniques Use of specialised equipment and materials Quality control and finishing processes Mixing and matching paint to ensure correct colour match. Applying body filler, primer, primer filler, top coat and clear coat using both airless systems and hand held pot spray guns. Filling imperfections and dents to obtain the desired surface finish. Touching up paintwork and apply polish to vehicles. Masking areas that are not to be painted.
